Level 3 courses for advanced Personal Trainers, a recent addition to Impact's portfolio, include modules on nutrition and weight management, ante and post natal fitness, sports conditioning, client appraisal and fitness assessment and lead up to the CYQ Diploma in advanced personal training.
Impact's courses are delivered by qualified tutors with British educational and vocational fitness qualifications. All tutors are practicing MasterTrainers with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The courses which combine 70% practical and 30% theoretical training teach students the principles of training and designing fitness programmes and classes. Special attention is paid to anatomy and physiology, energy systems and fitness principles. The students also learn about customer service, health and safety.
On successful completion students gain the relevant qualification plus entry to the International Register of Exercise Professionals (IC-REPS) as a Fully Qualified Internationally recognized Fitness Professional.
Impact also offers a selection of CYQ certified workshops which give attendees Continued Professional Development (CPD) points. The courses are an opportunity for professional fitness to expand their portfolios while accruing annual credits which allow them to remain on the register.
